This coaching programs begins with a Prepare and Enrich assessment (paid separately). Six (6) 1:1 sessions explore conflict resolution, communication patterns, and discussion of shared goals. Establish a strong foundation for navigating the complexities of married life.

Four 1:1 sessions to discuss and uncover how to enhance communication and better understand your child(ten). Together we will explore systemically how to improve family life and come together as a healthy family when raising children.

You have made the decision to be clean and sober. The road will be bumpy, however, we will explore how to put it all back together to live the life you were meant to live. This two month program helps keep you accountable with one session per week and support outside through text and scheduled phone conversations.
